Panificio Rosetti

The Rosetti Bakery was born in Volterra in 1973 with Andrea’s father and mother. His father Roberto has been working in various bakeries since the first postwar period, with old wood-fired ovens.
In 1973 in the last bakery where he worked as a worker, the owner decided to give him the business, which produced bread exclusively for a grocery store.
Andrea’s father was very busy and together with his wife Loriana they began with the management and development of the bakery.
