The vinalia wine shop is located a few steps from the cathedral of cecina in the historic center of the town.
The restaurant, inside, has about twenty seats, placed in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. in the summer there is also the possibility to take advantage of a small open space, adjacent to a private square surrounded by greenery.
The proposed cuisine is born from the fusion of two important traditions, the one typical of the Livorno area which is combined with the noble oriental culinary art. the creator of this pleasant mix is ​​the Japanese chef Kazuyo who manages to interpret the dishes of the territory by adding a touch of lightness that never hurts. the menu is drawn up daily, based on the products available on the market, giving ample space to proposals based on fish caught from the Mediterranean. almost every day you can find sushi and sashimi dishes, which represent the maximum expression of the flavors of the sea. Entering inside, there will be simone, who in addition to illustrating the dishes of the day, will follow you in the choice of wines.
Our wine shop will offer you a wide range of local labels, enriched by a selection of other proposals from the rest of the wine world and not; in fact you can find bubbles, Italian craft beers, Belgian Trappist beers, sake, green tea, with the possibility of tasting numerous wines and spirits by the glass.
We have given particular attention to Burgundy wines, based on chardonnay and pinot noir, which were particularly suitable for our cooking proposals.
